Canadian home sales are surging to record highs. "What a difference three months makes, from some of the lowest housing numbers ever back in April to the multiple monthly records logged in July" said Shaun Cathcart, CREA's senior economist. This is hope that after months of being locked down, there will be a surge to get us back to where we were before the pandemic.
